GUI Translation Status report for TortoiseSVN trunk (r6978)

Hi Folks,

Here's the current GUI translation status. Thanks to Victor Westman, the
Brazilian translation made a big leap forward.

Some translators forget to check for missing accelerator keys. They're just
a tiny little bit away from a 100% translation. Just run "msgfmt
--check-accelerators Tortoise_xx.po" and look for the line numbers given.
