TortoiseMerge UTF-8/Umlaut-Bug

HI!

TortoiseMerge 1.3.4 and 1.3.5 shows ÄÖÜß in a UTF-8 file corrupted in a
diff. äöü are OK.

TortoiseMerge 1.3.2 (and I think also 1.3.3) worked OK.
