suggestion: make the TortoiseSVN FAQ one big flat page

I just answered a user's question that I suspect is a FAQ ("why do I
get 'Unable to write to standard output' when using svn+ssh"). Being
lazy, I wanted to cite the actual FAQ rather than compose an answer
myself, but I couldn't find the relevant bit of the FAQ. Now, I did
indeed find the FAQ at http://TortoiseSVN.sourceforge.net/faq, but I
found that hard to use -- I didn't notice the "Search" box, and so I
had to guess which links might be relevant, and click on them. Each
link I tried brought me another page full of links, rather than the
prose that I craved. After seeing a few such interior nodes, I gave
up and just wrote the answer myself.

I thus think the FAQ would be more useful if it were organized the
same way as http://subversion.tigris.org/faq.html -- namely, one giant
page which I can search using my web browser's built-in search feature
(whose syntax I already know, as opposed to Yet Another Search Box
whose syntax I need to guess), and which I can easily scroll. (Plus I
imagine it'd be easier to maintain as well.)
