Wrong svn.exe being put in the x64 nightly folder?

It looks like the 32-bit build of svn.exe
is being put in the x64 nightly folder.

(Or at least, it failed to start when I dropped
in the bin folder from a x64 install complaining
about missing dlls, and dropping it in the bin
folder form a win32 install seems to have worked.)
