Error on deleting working copies

Dear Stefan,
I get this error attached in the screenshot about 5 times, when trying to delete my working copy (16,9 MB).
I'm using the nightly Build 1.4.0 6947.
My virus scanner is deactivated.
I think this is a known problem, but thought this could be fixed before releasing 1.4.0.
