How can they? Do we still have the untranslated language dlls available for
download somewhere?

I, for instance, can't build the language packs without the dlls, because I
can't build TortoiseSVN.

If they are not available for download and you cannot send them to me, I can
try to extract them from the 1.3.5 installer and create the Greek language
pack myself.
