We don't backport resource changes. If a language pack for the 1.3.x
branch is required, then the translators will have to commit directly to
that branch. That's because I have no idea if a merge of such files is
working because I can't understand the language. So I'd have to rely
blindly on the automatic merge, and that's something I don't want on a
stable branch.
