The UI code is the same for both platforms. The only difference I am
aware of is an assembly include in one or two places. So, no clue on
my part :(
But maybe somebody else knows what to do about it.

These are a known issues with the 1.3.x releases and is fixed in 1.4.x.
The reason is that x64 support has been backported from /trunk
to a branch called 1.3.x-x64. Synchronizing that with the 32 bit-only
stable branch creates a few extra revisions. Hence, you get two
slightly different build/revision numbers.

Moreover, 1.3.x-x64 does not support cross-compiling. Thus, two
builds from two different Stefans, sometimes a few days apart.
