I just checked, it doesn't. At least the stable version doesn't.

A class rename refactoring in ReSharper causes a file rename. But the
commit dialog shows one file deleted and one non-versioned. If the
rename was tracked, the latter would be shown as added?

I am not pushing this issue further, I just thought you would like to
know that AnkhSVN doesn't solve it.
