I've removed the latest stable nightly. Since there are currently no bug
fixes for the 1.3.5 release, a nightly would be the very same as the
official release.
I don't think we should upload the pdb's for the nightly builds. But
that's open for discussion. We could try first without those. If we then
see that it would be better, I can always upload them later...

For the 1.4.x nightlies, I can do the x64 builds myself. Stefan^2 has
spent a lot of time to fix the build scripts so they work across
win32/x64 systems.
