TIDiff blend slider

Hi Stefan,

On my laptop the time taken to refresh the blended view is quite long
and if you drag the slider it updates as you drag, hogging the processor
(which stops the mouse from moving). I think it might be better to wait
until the slider is released before updating the view.

If you click on the slider window (anywhere on the slider, not just the
active bit) you get a redraw. If you then click on the image pane or the
pane title you get another redraw.

Also, can we have a tooltip for that slider please?
