I highly recommend setting up Trac. Add an apache rewrite rule so you
can write a shorter URL like: http://server/repo/r123 to redirect you to
the appropriate Trac changeset page. Trac gives a very nice colourized
diff view
(E.g., http://handbrake.m0k.org/cgi-bin/trac.cgi/changeset/65)

We find this very useful, since it gives an easily-clickable link in any
medium -- IM, email, webpages, etc..
