BUG: tortoise doesn't show log for a deleted item

                    Hello!

  If you see a log for a folder, revision 12345 and try to see a log of deleted in
  this revision item - there is error:
"REPORT request failed on '/svn/!svn/bc/12345/folder/item'
'/svn/!svn/bc/24946/12345/folder/item' path not found"

Of course! In revision 12345 this item doesn't exist any more, tortoise must
display the log for revision 12344.
Am I right?
