Export for local folders?

Hi folks,

I often have the problem that I have to remove the .svn-folders from my
local source-directories.
I would like to have this functionality inside TortoiseSVN and would
implement it myself, but I
also would like to have it in current versions of TortoiseSVN, this means, I
would like it to
be officially supported.

Therefore I would like to discuss this feature with you, the way it should
be implemented and so on.

I thought about a new menu-item named "Clean" which operates on the
currently selected folder. When
this menu-item is being selected, the user can choose whether only the
selected folder should be
cleaned or all sub-folders, too. Also it can be selected whether an
in-place-cleaning is being done
or whether the source should be copied before being cleaned.
