Just got the nightly build... not sure where to disable TSVNCache but I was able to suspend it with sysinternals process explorer. Also with their filemon I see the actual disk access that is occurring.
 I actually have a lot of code on my desktop that I am not actively using... how about a configuration option for TSVN to only cache (or exclude) certain directories?
