Could you please move changelog.html and svn2html.css from /latest/win32
back to /latest.

The changelog is build from trunk and therefore common for win32 and x64. So
it makes sense to move it up one directory.
Besides that, It wouldn't need to update my bookmark of changelog.html :-)
