Subject: Question about TSVNCache

Many times when I am having system slowdowns I go see that TESVNCache is
active in my taskmanager and kill it -- then things seem to work a
little better.

I have refrained from posting this here because I was not sure (and
still am not) that this is causing any problems.

I am assuming that this runs "in the background" and caches the file
structure? If so is there a way to have this run only when I am not
using the pc (like windows search index)? It's definitely doing stuff
while I am working as it takes a couple of %'s every few seconds...

Thanks for any info.
