That is very standard language in a BSD or Apache-style license. They
just do not want someone to make a derivitive product that tries to
piggyback on their name. Especially since the license does not require
that source code changes be contributed back or even provided to the user.
I do not see this as a sign that they would go after completely unrelated
projects.
