how to recover from "can't move ... .svn/tmp/entries..."

Hi,

As per the attached, even after cleanup, during svn update, I get this
error.

Using the latest version as of today.

I tried all like removing the .svn/entries manually, removing
.svn/tmp/entries ... nothing worked.

Any help would be highly appreciated!
