Feature request for commit dialog

Hi,

Our team have tried Microsoft TFS and we liked TFS bug/feature tracking
system. But TFS source control is very poor.
It would be nice TSVN to have addin/plugin mechanism in commit dialog. So we
could integrate TSVN with TFS bug/feature tracking system.

Request is:
Allow developers to add controls to Commit Dialog in addin/plugin fashion.
Also it would be nice to be able to create plugins with Microsoft.Net like
in Google Desktop.
