Working copy format and SubWCRev

As I understand correct, Subversion 1.4 will update the working copy format
as soon as one uses it on an existing working copy.

How will SubWCRev behave ?
Can we access old working copies with an 1.4 SubWCRev ?
Can the SubWCRev of 1.3.0 access the working copies of SVN 1.4 ?

The reason I ask this question is that we use svn and SubWCRev with their
explicit version numbers in the paths in our build scripts.
( f.i. S:\BIN\SubWcRev\v126\SubWCRev.exe )
Existing revisions checked out with TSVN 1.4 could possibly lead to build
failure in this setup.
