Bug when committing directory with deleted directories inside

From: Thorsten <ThorstenNRW_at_gmx.de>

In a main directory (which is a subdirectory of the whole repository) I have
deleted some sub-directories (with files in it and one directory of a deleted
directory also has another subdirectory with files in it), using the Tortoise
delete-command from the popup-menu.

Then I went in explorer one directory level higher than the main directory,
selected the main directory as well as two additional files and clicked
"Commit". As a result, the following error message did appear:

"Cannot non-recursively commit a directory deletion"

When I deselect the two additional files, the commit works.
