Hi,

You may have noticed that all access to tigris.org now redirects to
https://. That includes the repository. And since Subversion doesn't
follow redirects, you'll get an error '301 moved permanently' if you try
to update/commit to the TSVN repository.
I'm waiting for the tigris.org guys to explain what's happening. But for
now, you can relocate your working copies to
https://tortoisesvn.tigris.org/svn/tortoisesvn/trunk to keep working. If
they decide to change this back, you'll have to relocate the working
copy again.
