Unfortunatly, doesn't help. There's no spike at all. Strange thing is, that if i
launch one app, then wait for it to come, then close it, then relaunch it, the
second time it will always start up quickly. I suppose this means it has to do
with explorer looking for the file.

But as I said earlier, its most likely related to something with explorer VS
tortoiseSVN. Are there any specific settings in tortoise worth trying?
