Windows explorer sometimes unresponsive (0% CPU LOAD)

Hi All,

I'm not sure whether i've found a bug or this is something specific to my
environment;

I've installed TortoiseSVN on a windows xp machine (SP2). Whenever I click stuff
in my start menu, it now sort of "hangs" for about a minute or so and then
starts the application I clicked. It doesn't always happen, but at least for
over 50% of the times I click something in the start menu.
I went to the taskmanager, and during the 'Hang' there's no 100% cpu load. Just
ordinary stuff, like about 0-10%. Also, alt+tab still works, but I can't click
anything on my taskbar.

I've de-installed tortoisesvn, and the problem was completely gone. Then I
reinstalled the latest version, but to no avail: problem is back again.

So can anyone possibly point me a solution or help me troubleshoot this? I'd
really like to keep using this...

Cheers,

jeroen
