[TSVN] FeatureRequest. Added/Deleted files using "Apply patch..."

Hi all...
Thanks for TSVN...

1. Added files in "Apply patch..."
If TMERGE is executed from "Apply patch..." of TSVN,
I think that added files have to be added to the directory and the VersionControlSystem.

If TMERGE is executed alone, and opens a patch file,
Added files are added in only directory, not VersionControlSystem.

2. Deleted files in "Apply patch..."
If I apply the patch with deleted files,
TSVN doesn't delete the file, but makes a empty file.

Is this a bug?
