Re: 64 Bit build status?

Thanks, I'm not really interested in 1.3.x either, always using the nighties, more fun that way and may happen to catch some bug too :)
Tried to get the trunk, 1.4.0.6248 freezed on fetching externals, stays for hour this way, tried several times, cancel button does nothing, only close shuts it down. The window is responsive.

Anyway, I can't try to build 64 myself, so I dare to ask - what does "I could build the binaries, but not e.g. the language packs" means... you can build a perfectly working (or at least working) x64 ver from the code and just the languages different from english will be missing? If this is the case... well, I guess it will be no problem for 90% of the people having x64, nobody can be a developer these days without at least acceptable english knowledge and honestly I prefer english interface than my native one (yeah, tsvn has it).

Sorry if I borrowed the title from one of the other 1000 topics but I have to setup a xp64 with svn and wondering... the last news were from Jan27'06 (at least this I was able to find in the archives). Then, it was said 64 build was nearly ready, just some minor install issues. So anything new on the topic?

That is done on trunk. But it won't be backported for the 1.3.x releases.
And it all depends on someone with an x64 system to compile TSVN. I don't have such a system, so the build won't succeed completely (I could build the binaries, but not e.g. the language packs).
