Enhancement requests

Hi Stefan,

Two enhancement requests:
1. When I select 1 or more *files* and add them, TSVN shows the
CSVNStatusList control so I can pick which files to add. Since I already
selected them in explorer, I think this is an unnecessary click-through.
Obviously if I select a folder then that dialog is useful, but for files
it is not.

2. I normally have auto-close set to manual for progress dialogs because
updates and other remote operations can take a long time, and I like to
have that dialog hang around after I go for a coffee. But for local
operations like add and revert, the process is normally pretty quick,
and I would be happy for the dialog to auto-close if there are no
errors. So my request is for another auto-close level between 'close
manually' and 'auto-close if no merges adds or deletes', which could be
something like 'auto-close local operations only'.
