But the problem exists in TSVN-1.4.0-r6248 nightly build.

The "CStdioFile::ReadString" function makes the problem.
The line number in Korean locale is not equal in English locale.

The line number of orginal Viewer.sln is 6.
But the line number in Korean locale is 5.

If you need more infomation, I will try...
