Thanks for the file.
But I think we now have a problem: I can apply the patch without any
problems (the "bad(original).patch" file).
Maybe it has something to do with your locale settings? That means I
can't really fix this because I can't just change my locale settings
here - I couldn't read any controls/menus anymore on my OS and therefore
couldn't use it.

Maybe you can try and find out where the problem in the TSVN code might be?
