con.bin.svn-base not creatable (Windows bug)

Hello,

I use TortoiseSVN on WinXP SP1. I use SVN version :
TortoiseSVN 1.3.3, Build 6219 - 32 Bit
Subversion 1.3.1

I work for a University and students use SVN to submit their work. I have
access to their SVN read-only to download and correct their work. So I don't
have access to the SVN server and I can't modify their files. With the majority
of students SVN I can checkout correctly without problems. With some (1 or 2) I
got the error:
Error: Can't open file
'G:\dls\inf2700\tph06\57\.svn\tmp\text-base\con.bin.svn-base': The system cannot
find the file specified.

I tried to create the file manually but i cannot create a file that the name
start with con.* on windows... Maybe SVN didn't choose a good file name for it's
temporary file.

THanks for checking that and reply to my e-mail please
Nicolas
