TSVNCache Working Great!

In a small attempt to adjust the praise/complaint ratio for the overlay
icons, I would like to say:

Stefan, the overlay status updates in 1.4.0.6201 are working the best
I've ever seen since the 1.0 days! Both the right *and* left panes are
updating accurately and immediately, and explorer is more responsive too.
