TSVN 1.3.3 release plan

Hi

Since Subversion 1.3.1 was just released, I suspect there are (or will
be) plans to release a new version of TSVN (1.3.3) built against this
new version. Usually, these TSVN releases come as a surprise for me so
that I haven't had a chance to review my trunk translations before the
release.

Please give us at least a week of warning on this list with a note that
people should prepare the trunk translations for a new release. I think
it will benefit us all and give a better product and end user experience.
