bug in submit-window of t-svn

Hello!

Using: TortoiseSVN 1.3.2, Build 5840 - 32 Bit on WinXP Prof (german)

I think I just dicovered a bug in TortoiseSVNs "SVN Commit ..."-window.

If you deselect one of the files listed in "Changes made" marked for
deletion and reselect it the "total files-selected-counter" decreases one by
one. It can even get a negative counter.

However. Submitting seems to work nevertheless the wrong counter. So it
seems like a major bug to me.
