[TSVN] Enhancement for the sort method of files.

Hi.. all..

I tested TSVN-1.4.0-r 6038.

I attached two image file.
1 : CheckForModification Dialog.
2 : ShowLog( LogDialog)

The sort method of CheckForModification.jpg is good.
It uses the directory name to sort files.

But the sort method of LogDialog.jpg is bad.
It doesn't use the directory name to sort files.

the "trac/attachment.py" and "trac/Timeline.py" in CheckForModification.jpg are good examples.
