A way to kind of work around this would be to provide a method to create a set of default bugtraq:-"properties" that could be used when there is no working copy, or the working copy contains no bugtraq:-properties of its own.
 
I guess this would work if a single bugtracker is used for all repositories that is accessed with the client. Not that handy for most of us, but might solve the issue for some corporate guys who have the needs stated above.
 
The question is: Would it be worth the trouble for a very limited feature for a limited group of people? Maybe it wouldn't be that hard to do? Some registry-value perhaps?
