BTW and FYI, I reported the same (or similar?) problem of files incorrectly
marked as "missing" some days ago.
In the meantime, I was able to determine that at least a virus scanner is
not the guilty.
Furthermore, the behaviour occured on different computers running Win2000
Prof and WinXP Prof. For testing purposes, we disabled firewalls on both
machines (the 2000 Kerio, the XP machine the integrated WinXP SP2 firewall),
but the problem still occures from time to time on these and on various
machines.
Unfortunately, we still do not have an exact scenario.
