Patching in TMerge

Hi folks,

Just about to document Tobias's new "patch selected" feature in TMerge
when I noticed a minor inconsistency. The patch list context menu
includes "patch all" and "patch selected", but if you double click on a
file you get to preview the patch on that file without auto-saving the
result. Should there be a (bold) context menu entry for that - "patch
preview" or "view patch"? Obviously it can only appear when exactly 1
file is selected.

Or, of course, we can fix it just by documenting the existing behaviour.
