The API will show you the changed files. Pretty much the same as 'svn
diff' now does, but without the changes inside the files.
So you can ask for the changed files between two URLs, two revisions or
both. But of course, it can only do that for URLs which are part of the
same repository. If your projects are all inside the same repository,
then you can do that even over projects.
