[Feature Request] Configurable context menu of windows explorer

TortoiseSVN puts "Diff" and "Show Log" menu items in the second level,
it's not convenient because I use them very very often. So I hope these two
items can be put in the first level, and it's better if users can configure
this context menu.

TortoiseCVS puts "CVS Diff" in the first level, why does TortoiseSVN change it ?
