Possible Bug in TortioseSVN

Downloaded tortoiseSVN-1.3.2.5840-svn-1.3.0.msi
from http://sourceforge.net/project/showfiles.php?group_id=138498&package_id=151948
 on Monday 6 Mar 2006.

I have a Dual monitor XP setup.

Installed and restarted.

Refreshed my local version of trunk.
Right Mouse click
branch/tag

The Tortoisesvn : copy (branch /tag) dialog came up.

Wanted to change the 'to URL'
Clicked the button with '...'
My second monitor flashed and then the Tortoise Freezes.
Only solution to kill in Task Manager.

I have tried removing and reinstalling.

Same symptoms.
