[TSVN]: TSVNCache raised an exception.

Hi Stefan

While moving an unversioned folder from one location to another, also
unversioned the attached exception was raised.
Using cut and paste in Explorer with just the right pane enabled.
Had just pasted the folder of files, which was successful when the
exception occurred.
Beyond Compare was open diffing two folders but was looking elsewhere,
i.e. not at the folder on the move.

Using
TortoiseSVN 1.4.0, Build 5853 - 32 Bit -dev
Subversion 1.3.0,
On Win2K dual core.
