[Feature Request] 'Open Parent Folder' Context Menu for Update Error Items

[Using TSVN 1.3.1 32-bit; sorry, there's no 1.4x nightly build available
to test, but I didn't see anything in the commit history.]

Hi,

When you do an Update, all the updated items have nice context menu
options (e.g. "Compare", "Open") except for lines with an error.

I just did an update on a tree and got the error:
"Error: Failed to add file 'D:\src\Toolkit\Conn.sln':
object of the same name already exists"

It would be really nice if I could right-click this error line and have
a context menu "Open parent folder", so I could quickly resolve the
issue, instead of having to browse to the folder manually. (The path I
show here is an example, mine was *much* deeper.) Probably for any
error, not just "item already exists", this would be a useful option.

What do y'all think?

Thanks,

-Nathan
