I'd rather see this request taken to the svn users list. Perhaps an
option on the 'svn rm' command to not delete files from the
filesystem? Suppose you "unversion" a folder with 500MB of files but
your drive has only 300MB available? I know TSVN could check for that
condition but, from a user's perspective, it's not intuitive why this
should be necessary.

But I do like the request request. It would be very useful on occasion.
