Cannot Select a File to Merge, Only Directory

Hi,

In TortoiseSVN 1.3.2, Build 5840 - 32 Bit I cannot select a file to
merge in the merge from and to URL. I can only select a directory.
In version 1.3.1 it was possible to select a file.
