DLL dependency problem

Hi,

Today I installed "TortoiseSVN-1.3.1.5521-svn-1.3.0" and later in the day when I
tried to execute an other program, which I use all the time and always worked
fine, starting giving me trouble and I think is is because of Tortoise.

The exact error I receive is:

"Executable 'C:\Program Files\MDM\MDM Zinc v2.5\zinc.exe' had the following
unrecoverable error:
Couldn't find library MSVCR80.dll (required by C:\Program
Files\TortoiseSVN\bin\libapr.dll)
Please ensure that it is installed"

I've downloaded and installed the MSVCR80.dll file and when then trying again I
get the same message but then with MSVCP80.dll file (mind the P instead of the
R!). I've also downloaded and installed the MSVCP80.dll but the program still
won't work giving me the following error:

"Error loading type library/DLL."

Now, I'm not sure is the last error is connected to the first one. But before
installing Tortoise everything work just fine.

Even after uninstalling and reinstalling the troublesome zinc application I can
not get things to work again.

Any ideas?
