mod_auth_sspi 1.0.4 RC1

There's a new version of the mod_auth_sspi available for testing.
It fixes the issue with network traffic overuse we discovered here on this list.

Maybe you want to give this version a try - but you have to use a
nightly build of TSVN (version 1.4.x), because the 1.3.x line has sspi
disabled.
