re: regression in 1.3.x with history of moved folders

I have an old branch that was deleted on /application/mpi/branches/xxx
/application/mpi has since been renamed to /products/mpi. I show the log, find
the revision that had the branch deleted. (5149). I click browse repository for
that revision. I refresh the root of svn, navigate to /appliation/mpi and I get
an error saying that path doesn't exist. I do the exact same thing on a machine
with 1.2.4 and I can browse the entire repository and restore the missing branch.
