http/https/svn/svn+ssh ?? Which way do you access the repository?

Uninstall TSVN completely - such crashes usually only happen if you
have some old dll's lying around. So:
* uninstall, reboot
* check if there's anything left in "program files\TortoiseSVN",
remove it manually if there is
* install TSVN again, reboot
