BUG: Listbox in Checkout/Commit dialog stops scrolling (TSVN 1.3.1, Build 5521 - 32 Bit)

    The listbox in Checkout / Commit dialog and progressbar in Commit
dialog stop scrolling if I minimize and then restore the dialog box.
However both resume their functions if I manually go to the end of the
list. I am using Windows XP SP2 with all patches in place.
